Cost - $60

Designed for kids ages 5 or 6 (Age as of 4/30 for the baseball season)

Two Sessions - Spring Session(April 20-June 7) and Summer Session(June 22-August 2)

Will practice one weeknight a week with games on Saturdays

One hour time limit for games

A level five ball (harder than tee ball, softer than regulation baseball) is utilized.

Geared towards learning fundamentals

League Information:

All games and practices will be held at Oregon Trails Park. We have 4 fields behind the parking lot (Off Graham Rd, across the street from Woodland Elementary). There is also more parking for fields #3 and #4 from the park off of Fishcreek (Red Park by Fire Station) if necessary.

The practices run one night a week from 6-7pm, games will be Saturday’s from 10-11am. There could be a weeknight game if holidays, rainouts, etc. We will have 7 practices scheduled, along with 6 games. There will be one Saturday practice early in the season before the games start. We will also have a picture day, date TBA. 

What to Bring:

Kids can wear shorts or pants, whatever the preference is, you won’t see much or any sliding at this level. We provide shirts, hats, tees, bases and balls. **This year is a little different for helmets and bats. Typically we equipment share those, however with the new league guidelines during the COVID 19 crisis, you must provide your own helmet and bat for safety purposes. The kid’s will need a glove and it’s always good to bring a water bottle for breaks. Most sporting goods stores offer smaller gloves for this level, they will size them up for you. A 3-6 year old typically is sized up for a 8.5” – 10” glove. Baseball cleats are also welcome, just no metal cleats!
